This end-of-lease make good project saw the property refurbished back to its original state after a 30 year tenancy, prior to the property being marketed for lease. The project included VSB Property Services taking care of the following:

– Cladding repairs and painting to warehouse and roof
– Removal of racking
– Replacement of damaged concrete sections in yard
– Replacement of damaged asphalt in car park
– Repainting of car park lines
– Removal of signage and branding
– Carpet tile replacement and painting in offices
